Jonathan is an avid technologist with a passion for designing information gathering and process improvement systems which enhance the client experience and save clients’ time and money.

As the expert in smart form design over the last 15 years, Jonathan has helped businesses migrate from paper-based forms to digital – expertise which has proven crucial in helping LGen’s clients enjoy the easiest way to start their Estate Plan. As leader of the LGen team, Jonathan’s vision is for every Australian to have or be protected by an Estate Plan with LGen recognised as the easiest way to start the process.

A dedicated father, keen rugby player and extreme hiker, Jonathan is currently training for a 1200km hike of the Heysen Trail in South Australia.

Ben Weeding

Head of Property Investment

Ben is an Investment Property Strategist and Buyers Agent who heads up the Property Investment Team at LGen.

A former Institutional Equities Trader at JPMorgan, Ben developed a keen interest in the Australian property market and used his analytical skills to develop a substantial property portfolio. A sought – after buyer’s agent, Ben has helped purchase hundreds of properties for his clients and holds regular events to keep his clients educated on current market activity and new opportunities.

Deena James

Head of Marketing & Client Experience

As a Client Journey Specialist, Deena is always “walking in the shoes of our clients” – creating valuable educational content which help make LGen the easiest way to start an Estate Plan.

Running an outsourced marketing and client communication service for mortgage brokers and financial planners since 2004, Deena understands the wealth creation and protection process and is passionate about consumer education in the property and finance-related industries. Having had a poor experience in creating her Estate Plan prior to having her son, “it just made sense” to join the LGen team so more Australians could have or be protected by a quality Estate Plan.

In her spare time, Deena enjoys riding a funny stand – up bike (called an ElliptiGO), loves being an aunty to 6 gorgeous nieces and nephews and recently helped her stepson jump onto the property ladder.

Red Metica

Head of Technology

As a Technology Specialist, Red uses his extensive technology expertise to ensure the LGen communication and client portal platforms (LGen Hub) represent the easiest way to start an Estate Plan.

Strong in analysis and documentation, Red assists in developing plans, online user guides for team and advisers, and implements the marketing initiatives to achieve agreed targets.

In his free time on the weekends, Red volunteers for an outreach community program teaching homeless kids how to read and write.

Jack Elcombe

Head of Online Marketing

Jack is responsible for creating our social media posts and maintaining our website as we grow our online presence and continue to deliver positive client experiences.

Away from work Jack is studying and/or enjoying time away from his computer playing sports and hanging out with mates.
